Philly Cheesesteak Walking Taco

Turn your DORITOS® Nacho Cheese into a delicious Philly cheesesteak entrée.

Ingredients
  • DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips 1 - 1.4 oz. bag
  • Philly Cheese Steak 2.86 oz.
  • Pepper-Onion Blend 3/4 c.
  • Canned Great Northern Beans 1/4 c.
  • Mushrooms 1/4 c.
  • Cheese Sauce/Queso Blanco 2 oz.
  • Water 1/8 c.

Directions

1. Heat pepper/onion blend to 165°F. Do not overcook. Hold hot at 140°F for service.

2. In a large pot over medium heat, add cheese sauce and water (depending on the viscosity of the cheese sauce, add or reduce water if needed).

3. Add beef, drained beans and mushrooms, and heat until the mixture reaches 165°F, stirring occasionally. Hold hot at 140°F for service.

4. To serve, top 1.4 oz. DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips, either on a plate, or directly into opened bag, with approximately 5/8 c. beef mixture. Add approximately 3/4 c. pepper-onion blend on top.

5. Serve immediately.
